When Eugênio Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the São Carlos fans jumped to their feet. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugênio Nascimento in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vito de Sousa saved EB F.C from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Pimenta in the 30th minute of play forced EB F.C's goalkeeper Vito de Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
