Inácio Mazza hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Bagre's Dito Camargo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Bagre from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Amana's Gilvan Bertassi got a free kick in the 21st minute. The supporters of Bagre booed when Amana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilvan Bertassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Tinoco might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dito Camargo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donato Tinoco ran back to his position shaking his head. César Varela came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Bagre's Jefferson Urbano. But to his dismay, Jefferson Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Amana fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Amana's Gilvan Bertassi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Amana players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bagre were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilvan Bertassi made a kick off. Dito Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan Bertassi in the 53rd minute of the match. Dito Camargo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilvan Bertassi's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Gilvan Bertassi scored 2-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dito Camargo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Orlando Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bagre getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Elivélton Massa hit a great ball. César Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Dantas in the 66th minute of the match. Dito Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilvan Bertassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Dito Camargo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilvan Bertassi's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After 85 minutes of play, Amana's Donato Tinoco made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dito Camargo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92ndth minute of the game Gilvan Bertassi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bagre's Dito Camargo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amana's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
