In the 18thth minute of the game Ademir Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corinthians's Lucas Pitta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 20 played minutes Corinthians got a freekick which was hit by Wágner Arce. Lucas Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademir Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Pitta didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Palmitos Futebol Clube SC's Ademir Costa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Ademir Costa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Ademir Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Lucas Pitta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Wágner Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the game, Palmitos Futebol Clube SC's Ademir Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Pitta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Lucas Pitta was a little too slow when Ademir Costa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-12.
