Kleanthis Variamidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Célio Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Kleanthis Variamidis made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Geovânio de Sousa put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, The Mandalorian's Geovânio de Sousa got a free kick in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, The Mandalorian's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha Gonçalves came free, but Miguel Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
