Eusebiu Arvinte started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Paulão Barreto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Enrique Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Paulão Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Koehler got free with Paulão Barreto in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adan Leheren during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Paris San Duíche booed when Desbravadores F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Leheren didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Augusto Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Paulão Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paris San Duíche's José Vítor Leão got a free kick in the 16th minute. André Guimarães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, André Guimarães fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paulão Barreto, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Paris San Duíche's zone, Eusebiu Arvinte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Luiz Paranaense came out of the goal and Eusebiu Arvinte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paris San Duíche's André Guimarães got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Augusto Veloso struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Paulão Barreto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paris San Duíche. In the 31st minute André Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulão Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulão Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Adan Leheren got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 34th match minute, Desbravadores F C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Leheren to maneuver through the defense. When Enrique Koehler came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Paris San Duíche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Koehler couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Guimarães to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, André Guimarães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulão Barreto. Desbravadores F C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that André Guimarães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. André Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Barreto having to interfere. Paris San Duíche's José Augusto Veloso got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Paris San Duíche's André Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulão Barreto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Paulão Barreto came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Paris San Duíche's André Guimarães. But to his dismay, André Guimarães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Paulão Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Augusto Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Enrique Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Barreto having to interfere. The Paris San Duíche fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Paris San Duíche's André Guimarães looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paris San Duíche's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
