The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Valdomiro Alagoano fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TOP FISIOAPP's protests and gave Valdomiro Alagoano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TOP FISIOAPP getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Valdomiro Alagoano hit a great ball. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for TOP FISIOAPP. Osvaldinho Siqueira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henrique Pires. 0-1. In the 13th minute, Valdomiro Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shamrock United's Henrique Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerson Senna in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Shamrock United's Ronaldão Marquez got a free kick in the 25th minute. Lenílson de Senna scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Pires, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lenílson de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Pires having to interfere. After a rather tough play, TOP FISIOAPP's Lenílson de Senna got a free kick in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Gerson Senna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Henrique Pires was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Shamrock United's Henrique Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fernando Freitas in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerson Senna made a kick off. After some careless play in the Shamrock United defense, Osvaldinho Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrique Pires. The Shamrock United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrique Pires should have stopped the shot. Shamrock United's Henrique Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Shamrock United from getting a goal against them. Gerson Senna let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 62nd minute shot 1-7 at rihgt post. In the 70th play minute Osvaldinho Siqueira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Henrique Pires. 1-8. The supporters of Shamrock United booed when TOP FISIOAPP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lenílson de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lenílson de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Gerson Senna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Henrique Pires was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henrique Pires made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Gerson Senna sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the match, Shamrock United's goalkeeper Henrique Pires had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldinho Siqueira. Henrique Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenílson de Senna in the 93rd minute of play. Henrique Pires was a little too slow when Gerson Senna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-10. TOP FISIOAPP's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
