The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juninho Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song De Xiang, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 7thth minute of the game Song De Xiang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guaicurus SC's Juninho Velasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Unidose II FC's Henrique Pesquera got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Henrique Pesquera sped through Guaicurus SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juninho Velasco. Song De Xiang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Juninho Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Henrique Pesquera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Juninho Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Unidose II FC's Song De Xiang in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guaicurus SC's goalie prevented a goal. Juninho Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Pesquera's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 30th minute Henrique Pesquera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eladio Sotorrio scored 0-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juninho Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song De Xiang in the 36th minute of play forced Guaicurus SC's goalkeeper Juninho Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juninho Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Pesquera's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Víktor Leme's late challenge caught a Unidose II FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor Leme helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique Pesquera in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juninho Velasco saved Guaicurus SC from getting behind. Júlio de Almeida hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Henrique Pesquera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Unidose II FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Víktor Leme made the kick off in the second half. Juninho Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Pesquera in the 52nd minute of the match. Henrique Pesquera was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Henrique Pesqueras short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Juninho Velasco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 56 minutes into the game, Henrique Pesquera lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Juninho Velasco. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Henrique Pesquera put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Juninho Velasco. Eladio Sotorrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrique Pesquera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Juninho Velasco made a huge save. Juninho Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Pesquera's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Eladio Sotorrio made a precise shot to the right of Juninho Velasco. Guaicurus SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Unidose II FC's Romeu Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eladio Sotorrio struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Juninho Velasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidose II FC. Thanks to some nice moves Song De Xiang could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Juninho Velasco however easily saved by the left post. In the 78th minute, Henrique Pesquera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juninho Velasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Guaicurus SC's goalkeeper Juninho Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Henrique Pesquera had several of the Guaicurus SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Juninho Velasco as he didn't even see the shot coming. Eladio Sotorrio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Juninho Velasco made a huge save. In the 86th minute of the match Unidose II FC got a corner. Guaicurus SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eladio Sotorrio ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 88th match minute, Guaicurus SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Guaicurus SC defense, Henrique Pesquera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juninho Velasco. The Guaicurus SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juninho Velasco should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd match minute, Unidose II FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Coky Čok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Levon Sarkisyan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Peres in the 94th minute of the match. Juninho Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Song De Xiang in the 96th minute. When the match was over Unidose II FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Guaicurus SC throughout the match.
