When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Lauro Peres took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gennadiy Kamenskiy to make any attempt to save it. In the 18th minute, Valdir Godoi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gennadiy Kamenskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Chaves in the 22nd minute of play. Silvério Félix who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Gennadiy Kamenskiy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benjamin Mendonça struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Gennadiy Kamenskiy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cansancao AD. The supporters of Cansancao AD booed when Santa Bárbara d Oeste F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Sikola didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lauro Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 37 minutes, Willian Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cansancao AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Willian Chaves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Silvério Félix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gennadiy Kamenskiy was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Gennadiy Kamenskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lauro Peres in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvério Félix in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gennadiy Kamenskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdo Berger made a kick off. Valdo Berger hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Gennadiy Kamenskiy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvério Félix's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvério Félix in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gennadiy Kamenskiy saved Santa Bárbara d Oeste F.C from getting behind. Silvério Félix charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvério Félix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silvério Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Valdir Godoi scored 4-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gennadiy Kamenskiy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willian Chaves in the 75th minute of play forced Santa Bárbara d Oeste F.C's goalkeeper Gennadiy Kamenskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Fernando Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Adam Buksa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alex Arce quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvério Félix in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gennadiy Kamenskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 87 minutes into the match, Santa Bárbara d Oeste F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Peres came free, but Gennadiy Kamenskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Lauro Peres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cansancao AD had played much better football throughout.
