Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. 温笑青 started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Paratiji defense, 温笑青 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcinho Motta. The Paratiji fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcinho Motta should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celso Rosa during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Os Verdinhos Smoke Club booed when Paratiji was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Paratiji got a freekick which was hit by Celso Rosa. Marcinho Motta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 温笑青, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Hortêncio Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Greger Wiklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcinho Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 温笑青 in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play, Os Verdinhos Smoke Club's Amílton Sergipano made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcinho Motta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roland Rolado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marcinho Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcinho Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 温笑青, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hortêncio Rezende stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Paratiji's Wesley Quintal got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute 温笑青 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Paratiji fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Rezende in the 67th minute of play forced Os Verdinhos Smoke Club's goalkeeper Greger Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Os Verdinhos Smoke Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paratiji the free kick. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Os Verdinhos Smoke Club! Os Verdinhos Smoke Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
