If Wellington Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Wellington Duarte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Oscar-Alfredo van der Sar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gilmar Corrêa took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar-Alfredo van der Sar. Oscar-Alfredo van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Sambô Laion FC's Gilmar Corrêa in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gilmar Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Oscar-Alfredo van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Gilmar Corrêa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oscar-Alfredo van der Sar. The goal made the score 2-6. Sambô Laion FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
