Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tobias Tham made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Tobias Tham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Criciúma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Benjamin Reis came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Criciúma's Lino Rezende. But to his dismay, Lino Rezende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some careless play in the Inajaroba EC defense, Tobias Tham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Reis. The Inajaroba EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Reis should have stopped the shot. The Criciúma fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Criciúma's Tobias Tham looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 19 minutes of play, Criciúma's Boniel Mayor made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Tobias Tham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamin Reis was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Flavinho Neiva hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boniel Mayor in the 28th minute of play forced Inajaroba EC's goalkeeper Benjamin Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laerte Martins in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Criciúma's Boniel Mayor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After some careless play in the Inajaroba EC defense, Tobias Tham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Reis. The Inajaroba EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Reis should have stopped the shot. Criciúma's Boniel Mayor got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 55th minute, Boniel Mayor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benjamin Reis. The goal made the score 0-8. Inajaroba EC's Benjamin Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boniel Mayor in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Tobias Tham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Criciúma's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Tham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Criciúma's Boniel Mayor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Reis. Benjamin Reis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Tobias Tham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobias Tham in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benjamin Reis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Boniel Mayor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Reis having to interfere. Boniel Mayor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Reis having to make a save. Benjamin Reis made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Tobias Tham sent off a good shot on target. If Tobias Tham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Criciúma's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
