Andrézinho Melo was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Wellington Marquez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wellington Marquez really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Claudinho Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Josué Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramón Souza's late challenge caught a Tigres SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramón Souza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, RJMARTINS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Souza to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Tigres SC's Andrézinho Melo got control of the ball when Júlio Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Tigres SC's Célio Cardoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nelsinho Marquez narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlio Penha was the one to do the kick off. Célio Cardoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Nelsinho Marquez made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Júlio Penha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrézinho Melo was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. The RJMARTINS fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when RJMARTINS's Júlio Penha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ubaldo Matildo Cambuquira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelsinho Marquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, RJMARTINS's Tiago Gabriel Sena got a free kick in the 86th minute. The audience was convinced that Júlio Penha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrézinho Melo was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in RJMARTINS's zone, Enio Pitta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelsinho Marquez came out of the goal and Enio Pitta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tigres SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RJMARTINS.
