Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silas Romero kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Cláudio Godoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barra Futebol e Samba and the Thor F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Thor F.C. booed when Barra Futebol e Samba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Barra Futebol e Samba's Cláudio Godoi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelinho Paulista. Marcelinho Paulista yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Pedrão Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 10 minutes into the game, when Tiago Custódio put in a rough tackle. In the 11th minute, Tiago Custódio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelinho Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Godoi in the 16th minute of play. Thor F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Silas Romero scored to the left of an out of position Marcelinho Paulista, making the score, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Silas Romero took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Marcelinho Paulista to make any attempt to save it. 26 minutes into the game, Pedrão Sousa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcelinho Paulista. Pedrão Sousa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After 30 minutes of play, Barra Futebol e Samba's Silas Romero made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelinho Paulista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustavo Dracena struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Marcelinho Paulista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barra Futebol e Samba. Silas Romero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcelinho Paulista came out and tried to block the shot, but Silas Romero slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 37th minute. With a little luck, Thor F.C.'s Marcelinho Paulista got control of the ball when Silas Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Agnaldo Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Naldo Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diogo Linhares to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Glauco Pinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Marcelinho Paulista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Thor F.C. defense, Gustavo Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelinho Paulista. The Thor F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelinho Paulista should have stopped the shot. 63 minutes into the game, Gilvan Marques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barra Futebol e Samba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thor F.C. the free kick. Gilvan Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glauco Pinho in the 66th minute of play forced Thor F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcelinho Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelinho Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Paraíba in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Thor F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pedrão Sousa came free, but Marcelinho Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Sousa in the 74th minute of play forced Thor F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcelinho Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Gustavo Dracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Thor F.C. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Roger Souza hit a great ball. Marcelinho Paulista came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Barra Futebol e Samba's Glauco Pinho. But to his dismay, Glauco Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. 92 minutes into the match, Glauco Pinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelinho Paulista. Thor F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Glauco Pinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. In the 96th minute Glauco Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barra Futebol e Samba walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
