Wilian Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Rossi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Wilian Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Rossi having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Mota to strike the kick off in the second half. If Renatinho Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Garcia's late challenge caught a Moraujo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. With 91 minutes on the clock, Ediberto Passos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Juventus - FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! An unexpected shot in the 101st minute by Wilian Lara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Moraujo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Juventus - FSCMZ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
