The supporters of Corinthians Virtual FC booed when Nelas Futebol e Sexo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Nelas Futebol e Sexo's Arnaldo Campidelis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nelas Futebol e Sexo's Luiz Fábio da Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 minutes, Marcos Guerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nelas Futebol e Sexo and the Corinthians Virtual FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Marcos Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Donato Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute, Donato Ferraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Tales Alvarenga in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Corinthians Virtual FC's Hélio de Souza. The throw-in from Tales Alvarenga in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Corinthians Virtual FC's Hélio de Souza. The Nelas Futebol e Sexo fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Nelas Futebol e Sexo's Fábio Salgado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Corinthians Virtual FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nelas Futebol e Sexo were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvinho Barbosa made a kick off. Adilson Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Silvinho Barbosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Manfredo Ceresso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Wen Wei Di managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corinthians Virtual FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wen Wei Di was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manfredo Ceresso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Tales Alvarenga in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Corinthians Virtual FC's Hélio de Souza. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fábio Salgado in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Arósio saved Corinthians Virtual FC from getting behind. After having played for 86 minutes, Wen Wei Di managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corinthians Virtual FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wen Wei Di was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Nelas Futebol e Sexo were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Corinthians Virtual FC side.
