Faustão Ceresso made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Luiz Fábio da Silveira sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Fábio Salgado put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Faustão Ceresso. Faustão Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Campidelis in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fábio Salgado in the 20th minute of play forced Suassurana's goalkeeper Faustão Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustão Ceresso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Nelas Futebol e Sexo booed when Suassurana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aloísio Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelas Futebol e Sexo's Manfredo Ceresso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Amaral in the 62nd minute of play. Manfredo Ceresso made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Virgílio de Mendonça sent off a good shot on target. Faustão Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Salgado in the 70th minute of the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Fábio Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suassurana's Faustão Ceresso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Arnaldo Campidelis came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Nelas Futebol e Sexo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Campidelis couldn't finish the play. Manfredo Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Ceresso in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Suassurana's José Augusto Amaral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Faustão Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Campidelis in the 95th minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, Nelas Futebol e Sexo's Fábio Salgado made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustão Ceresso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nelas Futebol e Sexo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
