The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Albuquerque during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Fábio Salgado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel de Souza was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fábio Salgado made a kick off. After 82 minutes, Tiago Bezerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibiatiara FC and the Nelas Futebol e Sexo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ibiatiara FC's Tiago Bezerra got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Nelas Futebol e Sexo's Fábio Salgado, in the 84th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. Ernesto Netto hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Ibiatiara FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nelas Futebol e Sexo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
