When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Rômulo da Silveira took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kauã Rezende to make any attempt to save it. 13 minutes into the game, Dalmo Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave td2 the free kick. The supporters of td2 booed when Malu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Oséas de Salles fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored td2's protests and gave Oséas de Salles a yellow card for diving instead. When td2's Paulo Ganix in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malu's goalie prevented a goal. After 24 minutes, Jorge Havier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the td2 and the Malu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sandro Mesquita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malu. Kauã Rezende made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Ganix in the 26th minute. Paulo Ganix scored 2-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kauã Rezende, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sandro Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Arósio in the 32nd minute of play. Jorge Havier kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Nico Campidelis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and td2's Sandro Mesquita didn't even have to move. Malu's Kauã Rezende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Malu from getting a goal against them. Kauã Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, td2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Havier to maneuver through the defense. After 42 minutes, Rômulo Cabral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malu and the td2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rômulo Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Paulo Ganix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Kauã Rezende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastião Arósio to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Nico Campidelis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malu and the td2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes Malu got a freekick which was hit by Nico Campidelis. Nico Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Mesquita having to interfere. Kauã Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Ganix in the 59th minute of the match. When Paulo Ganix came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the td2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Ganix couldn't finish the play. Kauã Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Ganix in the 69th minute of the match. Sebastião Arósio might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandro Mesquita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastião Arósio ran back to his position shaking his head. Kauã Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Sebastião Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastião Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Juarês Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, td2's Pedro Alfonso got a free kick in the 91st minute. Nico Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juarês Simões got free with Sandro Mesquita in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. td2 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
