Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrique Secco started the match with the kick off. Luizão Souto struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Kauã Rezende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quiroga F.C.. In the 7thth minute of the game Mané Bittencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malu's Kauã Rezende was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nico Campidelis got free with Valdemar Lima in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kauã Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Malu's Nico Campidelis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Durvalino Simões notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Malu's Kauã Rezende. Kauã Rezende was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kauã Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durvalino Simões in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Luizão Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kauã Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malu's Kauã Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Simões in the 25th minute of play. André Luís Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Quiroga F.C.'s Durvalino Simões in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malu's goalie prevented a goal. Valdemar Lima didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. In the 45th match minute, Malu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléberson Lucas to maneuver through the defense. If Luizão Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Quiroga F.C.'s Rafael Toscano got a free kick in the 54th minute. Kauã Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauã Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durvalino Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 65th minute, Enrique Secco made a precise shot to the right of Valdemar Lima. Quiroga F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Mané Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quiroga F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mané Bittencourt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kauã Rezende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kauã Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Malu's Kauã Rezende got control of the ball when Durvalino Simões tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 played minutes Malu got a freekick which was hit by Nico Campidelis. Quiroga F.C.'s Valdemar Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Simões in the 86th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Quiroga F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jean Silva. If Enrique Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute Enrique Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdemar Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
