The supporters of Quiroga F.C. booed when Lokomotiv Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jailson Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lokomotiv Fc's goalkeeper Walmir Reis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Walmir Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino Simões in the 18th minute of play. Jean Silva's late challenge caught a Lokomotiv Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean Silva helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Quiroga F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Rafael Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Jean Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee gave Jean Silva a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lokomotiv Fc made a substitution. Gabriel Borges replaced Vitinho Dantas. A collision led to Quiroga F.C. getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Jean Silva hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Walmir Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luís Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Quiroga F.C. had played much better football throughout.
