To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Laions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quico Sánchez came free, but Hernani Custódio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Cunha notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FIEL TUPÃ's Geovanni Arruda. Geovanni Arruda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yuri Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Geovanni Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavinho Tinoco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Geovanni Arruda made a huge save. Filipe Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Geovanni Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Luís Cunha in the 27th minute. Laions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Salles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Luís Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Arruda having to interfere. When Quico Sánchez came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the FIEL TUPÃ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quico Sánchez couldn't finish the play. After having played for 76 minutes, Yuri Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri Matos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Göran Ekberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hernani Custódio. The goal made the score 1-1. Pedro Luiz Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
