After 18 played minutes, Croa Futebol Clube's Rômulo Maia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ezequiel Fonseca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Croa Futebol Clube reached it. Eliézer Barral might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Fonseca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliézer Barral ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Utary's goalkeeper Ezequiel Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 23rd match minute, Utary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adilson Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Ezequiel Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adilson Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Kauan Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 minutes of play, Utary's Jailson Amaral made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raúl Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adilson Lopez to make the kick off. The Croa Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Ezequiel Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Barral in the 84th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Utary's goal looked a bit too open when Eliézer Barral came free, but Ezequiel Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Adilson Lopez notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Utary's Ezequiel Fonseca. Ezequiel Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Croa Futebol Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
