Spectators: 7460 (Terracing: 5596, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) After 4 minutes, Elói Vaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coringão MZ and the Estrela da Manhã -DMZ- players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Coringão MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elói Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Víktor Figueiredo took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Augusto Moraes. Pedro Augusto Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 8 played minutes Coringão MZ got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Aguiar. In the 11th minute, Carlos Brasil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estrela da Manhã -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pedro Augusto Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Figueiredo in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Carlos Brasil made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Augusto Moraes. Coringão MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elói Vaz got free with Geovanni Mineiro in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elói Vaz hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Jorge Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Augusto Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 29 played minutes Coringão MZ got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Corrêa. Pedro Augusto Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Brasil, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Jorginho Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mário de Amorim struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Geovanni Mineiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coringão MZ. Jorginho Valladares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Geovanni Mineiro made a huge save. Pedro Augusto Moraes came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s Víktor Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Víktor Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After having played for 44 minutes, Mário de Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coringão MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mário de Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Víktor Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Pedro Augusto Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Coringão MZ's Geovani Corrêa got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Víktor Figueiredo to make the kick off. Víktor Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Pedro Augusto Moraes made a huge save. If Carlos Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coringão MZ's Pedro Augusto Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Souza in the 63rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s Pedro Augusto Moraes threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlos Brasil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Elói Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coringão MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Elói Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni Mineiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Víktor Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Moraes having to interfere. Coringão MZ's Pedro Augusto Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Coringão MZ from getting a goal against them. Pedro Augusto Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Brasil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Augusto Moraes came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Brasil slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Cauan Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geovani Corrêa hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s supporters stood up full of expectation in the 86th minute of the game, when Ivo Bastos after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Coringão MZ's goal. Ivo Bastos was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. In the 89th minute Elói Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Coringão MZ's Pedro Augusto Moraes got control of the ball when Víktor Figueiredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Brasil in the 96th minute of play forced Coringão MZ's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Augusto Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
