Geovanni Mineiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugon Turok in the 4th minute of the match. Geovanni Mineiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugon Turok went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 11 minutes into the match, Yan de Sena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geovanni Mineiro. Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yan de Sena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Sea of Thieves FC's Sebastian Pietrowiak got a free kick in the 18th minute. Caio Vander made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Víktor Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Vianna in the 22nd minute of play forced Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Geovanni Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 23 minutes on the clock, Manuel de Barros commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 24 played minutes Sea of Thieves FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel de Barros. Caio Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Brasil in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Pietrowiak in the 31st minute of play forced Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Geovanni Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovanni Mineiro came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sea of Thieves FC's Hugon Turok. But to his dismay, Hugon Turok quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After some careless play in the Estrela da Manhã -DMZ- defense, Hugon Turok kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovanni Mineiro. The Estrela da Manhã -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovanni Mineiro should have stopped the shot. Geovanni Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Turok, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanni Mineiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Turok, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Víktor Figueiredo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s Geovanni Mineiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Turok in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Pietrowiak in the 54th minute of play forced Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Geovanni Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yan de Sena scored 0-6 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovanni Mineiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Pietrowiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Geovanni Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Sebastian Pietrowiak dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Geovanni Mineiro, 0-7. Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s Geovanni Mineiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Estrela da Manhã -DMZ- from getting a goal against them. Guaberto Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Mineiro having to interfere. Geovanni Mineiro was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Hugon Turok capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugon Turok really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. In the 78th minute of the match Ivo Bastos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caio Vander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s Geovanni Mineiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Turok in the 80th minute of play. Hugon Turok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivo Bastos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Geovanni Mineiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugon Turok. 87 minutes into the match, Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Pietrowiak came free, but Geovanni Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovanni Mineiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Pietrowiak's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Estrela da Manhã -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Pietrowiak came free, but Geovanni Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Estrela da Manhã -DMZ- fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sea of Thieves FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
