After a rather tough play, JJTrips FC's Célio Lago got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 5 minutes, Geovani Munhoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hero Saints Fc and the JJTrips FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Hero Saints Fc got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Munhoz. In the 8th minute of the match Allan Tepedino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Válter Secco skillfully saved the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Oséias Cunha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JJTrips FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hero Saints Fc the free kick. A collision led to JJTrips FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Oséias Cunha hit a great ball. JJTrips FC's Oséias Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enéas Furtado in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Oséias Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hero Saints Fc's Enéas Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to JJTrips FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Alex Fernandes hit a great ball. The supporters of Hero Saints Fc booed when JJTrips FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséias Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséias Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luan de Toledo in the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as JJTrips FC's Simão Godoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Válter Secco. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. In the 35th match minute, Hero Saints Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luan de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the game, one of JJTrips FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vitório Botelho hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enéas Furtado was the one to do the kick off. Luan de Toledo had several of the JJTrips FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Oséias Bezerra as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Simão Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hero Saints Fc's Enéas Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oséias Bezerra made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Luan de Toledo sent off a good shot on target. Luan de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Oséias Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, JJTrips FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enéas Furtado came free, but Oséias Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anderson Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luan de Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Oséias Bezerra made a huge save. Hero Saints Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Geovani Munhoz in the 95th minute. Vitório Botelho tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Oséias Bezerra. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-3 in the 96th minute. Hero Saints Fc's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
