MaconhaFC's Rodolfo de Moraes got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Monobloco FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Olavo Botelho hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wellington Galvão during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wellington Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Albertinho Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Armando Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Nóbrega in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Nóbrega in the 46th minute of play forced Monobloco FC's goalkeeper Armando Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guto Gomes to make the kick off. Armando Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Gomes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manfredo Nóbrega succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 54th playminute. In the 57th match minute, Monobloco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. Armando Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wellington Galvão in the 58th minute. A collision led to Monobloco FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. The crowd rose to their feet as Manfredo Nóbrega kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armando Pinheiro. That made the score 2-3 in the 74 minute of play. 77 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when MaconhaFC's Manfredo Nóbrega fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Armando Pinheiro was a little too slow when Guto Gomes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-4. Maicon Siqueira scored 3-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dário Palmeira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manfredo Nóbrega got free with Armando Pinheiro in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maicon Siqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maicon Siqueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. MaconhaFC played a much better game than Monobloco FC and deserved their victory. The Monobloco FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
