The tension between the Brelinho and the SW Dragon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Brelinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Senna to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Doni Vinhas in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SW Dragon's Azam Bolt. In the 10th minute, João Paulo Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yuri Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. SW Dragon's Pelle Forssell got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teoman Işıker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Brelinho's goalkeeper Yuri Trancoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandre Breckenfeld. The supporters of SW Dragon booed when Brelinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeff Cornell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Salvador Fresco sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Yuri Trancoso threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Salvador Fresco this time. Brelinho's Yuri Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Breckenfeld in the 29th minute of play. Yuri Trancoso was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Alexandre Breckenfeld capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alexandre Breckenfeld really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Yuri Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelle Forssell, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Breckenfeld in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yuri Trancoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brelinho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Breckenfeld was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.
