After 28 minutes, Wilton Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Valqueire United and the Porto Seguro F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes Porto Seguro F.C got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro de Amorim. In the 42nd match minute, Porto Seguro F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Porto Seguro F.C's Rodrigo Corrêa got a free kick in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Vila Valqueire United's Téo Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedé Cavalcante narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, Vila Valqueire United's Leandro Moreno tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Vila Valqueire United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Porto Seguro F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
