The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinícius Tróia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Norberto Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of CEI Rocha booed when Lipeeh CRF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis de Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aloísio Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Fink having to interfere. Bernardinho Trigo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute José Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinícius Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto Romero made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Basílio Ferreira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vinícius Tróia. The goal made the score 1-3. José Simões's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinícius Tróia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Aloísio Vaz charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aloísio Vaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle sounded Lipeeh CRF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CEI Rocha.
