The supporters of Malinha FC booed when Tupirama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clóvis Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Clemente de Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute Clemente de Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Cebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gilmar Rosa could save by the left post. After having played for 43 minutes, Clóvis Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Malinha FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tupirama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
