After some careless play in the Mazela AD defense, Amílton Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armandinho Maciel. The Mazela AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armandinho Maciel should have stopped the shot. After 25 played minutes Mazela AD got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto de Toledo. Armandinho Maciel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 29 minutes, Ekrem Enfa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WOGLES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ekrem Enfa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. WOGLES's Ivo Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Velloso in the 52nd minute of play. Chico Velasco struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Armandinho Maciel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WOGLES.
