Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dorival Bueno took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mazela AD's Armandinho Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Moreno in the 4th minute of play. Armandinho Maciel made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Benjamin Eger sent off a good shot on target. Dorival Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Luiz Fábio Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Eda Roots's Wilton Velloso got a free kick in the 14th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Elói Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazela AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elói Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonio Manuelo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fábio Moreno in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armandinho Maciel saved Mazela AD from getting behind. Armandinho Maciel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fábio Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Eger in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Armandinho Maciel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Elói Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ronaldão Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorival Bueno in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Armandinho Maciel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Armandinho Maciel made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Dorival Bueno sent off a good shot on target. When Dorival Bueno got free in front of the goal in the 46th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Armandinho Maciel was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Dorival Bueno in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Armandinho Maciel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristóvão Saraiva to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Benjamin Eger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mazela AD's Armandinho Maciel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 52 minutes, Luiz Fábio Moreno made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mazela AD's Armandinho Maciel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mazela AD's Armandinho Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Aparecido in the 55th minute of play. If Gernando Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armandinho Maciel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Fábio Moreno's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Mazela AD's goal looked a bit too open when Dorival Bueno came free, but Armandinho Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armandinho Maciel came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Eda Roots's Luiz Fábio Moreno. But to his dismay, Luiz Fábio Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fábio Moreno in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armandinho Maciel saved Mazela AD from getting behind. Armandinho Maciel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorival Bueno's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Dorival Bueno put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Armandinho Maciel. In the 78th minute Antonio Manuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armandinho Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mazela AD getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Cristóvão Saraiva hit a great ball. Dorival Bueno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armandinho Maciel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Mazela AD's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fábio Moreno came free, but Armandinho Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes, Glauco Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mazela AD and the Eda Roots players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Glauco Penha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute of the match Eda Roots got a corner. Mazela AD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oséas Peres ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Oséas Peres almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mazela AD's Armandinho Maciel did a great save. In the 94th minute, Elói Velloso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ronaldão Arósio, passed just outside the right post. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Eda Roots had played much better football throughout.
