Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Luís Silva started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Fábio Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pilsen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fábio Travassos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltazar Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot by Edmundo Valadares from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Antônio Godoi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 8 minutes, Fábio Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pilsen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio Travassos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinei Berger's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Antônio Godoi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 14 minutes into the game, Dudu Romero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pomerode FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pilsen FC the free kick. Dinei Bergers short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Antônio Godoi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. João Adolfo Aguiar took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltazar Silva. Baltazar Silva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pedro Luís Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Godoi having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Lopes during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pilsen FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fred Lopes hit a great ball. If João Adolfo Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antônio Godoi made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Dinei Berger sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Luís Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antônio Godoi was a little too slow when Pedro Luís Silva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-1. Fábio Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinei Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Godoi having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fábio Travassos was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Pomerode FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Manuel Vaz hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Conrado Vander sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pomerode FC's Baltazar Silva didn't even have to move. In the 56th minute, Dinei Berger made a precise shot to the right of Antônio Godoi. Pilsen FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 69th minute, Fábio Travassos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pedro Luís Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Fábio Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When João Adolfo Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Pilsen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Adolfo Aguiar couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Pilsen FC's Fred Lopes got a free kick in the 90th minute. Antônio Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pomerode FC's Baltazar Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Travassos in the 96th minute of play. Pomerode FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
