Spectators: 7400 (Terracing: 5550, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredão Carneiro started the match with the kick off. Wiliam Arantes came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by WOGLES's Amílton Dantas. But to his dismay, Amílton Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. WOGLES's Yuri Bezerra quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Magno Urbano, made in the 11th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekrem Enfa got free with Wiliam Arantes in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yuri Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by WOGLES's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Virgílio de Queiroz was slow to take the kick. During this time Comandante EC's players had a chance to rest. Amílton Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Comandante EC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ekrem Enfa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Alfredão Carneiro took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivo Pimenta. Ivo Pimenta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Amílton Dantas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 31st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ivo Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Amaral in the 35th minute of play. Pedro Paulo Pombal charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Paulo Pombal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Comandante EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Paulo Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Ivo Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Dias in the 44th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Amílton Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WOGLES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amílton Dantas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amílton Dantas to strike the kick off in the second half. Amílton Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute Amílton Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, WOGLES's Ekrem Enfa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wiliam Arantes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. WOGLES's Ivo Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save WOGLES from getting a goal against them. Ivo Pimenta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gugu Amaral in the 64th minute. Comandante EC's Wiliam Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílton Dantas in the 66th minute of play. The WOGLES fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when WOGLES's Amílton Dantas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Amílton Dantas struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Wiliam Arantes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WOGLES. Chico Velasco hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The supporters of WOGLES booed when Comandante EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Amílton Dantas notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Comandante EC's Wiliam Arantes. Wiliam Arantes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th match minute, Comandante EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Paulo Pombal to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 88 in the game by Gugu Amaral from a close distance when the talented Ivo Pimenta managed to make a qualified save. WOGLES's players were relieved. When the referee ended the match the WOGLES players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
