To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the game, TabajaraFC's Felippe de Souza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fernando da Fonseca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute, Claudinei Barral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tracunhaem fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Tracunhaem's Fabiano do Nascimento got a free kick in the 20th minute. Claudinei Barral scored 2-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerônimo Tepedino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Nunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tracunhaem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TabajaraFC the free kick. A collision led to Tracunhaem getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ezequiel Nunes hit a great ball. After 28 played minutes Tracunhaem got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Nunes. If Naldo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilton Paulista couldn't finish the play. Claudinei Barral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerônimo Tepedino having to make a save. Claudinei Barral struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jerônimo Tepedino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tracunhaem. The wind increased when Juarês Sampaio made the kick off in the second half. Wilton Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jerônimo Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juarês Sampaio got free with Luiz Fernando da Fonseca in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the game, Juarês Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TabajaraFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tracunhaem the free kick. In the 60th minute, Juarês Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fernando da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. TabajaraFC's Jerônimo Tepedino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo dos Santos in the 71st minute of play. If Naldo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinei Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Naldo dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Claudinei Barral threw the ball into play from the sideline. TabajaraFC's Juarês Sampaio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jerônimo Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Barral in the 89th minute of play. Felippe de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felippe de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to TabajaraFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Felippe de Souza hit a great ball. Naldo dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Tepedino having to interfere. Tracunhaem were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of TabajaraFC for a fine match.
