The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Luciano Hermes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jano Valadares. Luciano Hermes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 19th minute, Cléber Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Genílson Marquez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Inter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Salvador Castilho charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Castilho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Inter de Meião F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Castilho to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when 狄风迅 made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darci Ortolan got free with Marco Sampaio in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If 狄风迅 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jano Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jano Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Hermes in the 60th minute of play. Sydney Hoffmann took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jano Valadares. Jano Valadares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, SC Inter's Chicão Diniz got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jano Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Cunha in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Juvenal Alagoano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Inter's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter de Meião F.C the free kick. After 78 played minutes SC Inter got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Alagoano. When Sydney Hoffmann fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Inter's protests and gave Sydney Hoffmann a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SC Inter's Sydney Hoffmann got a free kick in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Inter de Meião F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Genílson Marquez came free, but Jano Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jano Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilian Veloso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jano Valadares. Inter de Meião F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Inter de Meião F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Genílson Marquez came free, but Jano Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jano Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Cunha in the 91st minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Inter de Meião F.C got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Castilho. In the 96th minute, Cristóvão Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Inter had won after a very even match.
