Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricardo Rosa started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Gaucho SS got a freekick which was hit by João Adolfo Quintal. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Adolfo Quintal in the 5th minute of play forced Dreher F.C's goalkeeper Osmar Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Rosa let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 8th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. 12 minutes into the game, Gaucho SS's Enio Cruz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osmar Berger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Ricardo Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dreher F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osmar Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matheus de Amaral scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osmar Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Enio Cruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osmar Berger was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Matheus de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osmar Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matheus de Amaral in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurinho Lopez during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dreher F.C's Maurinho Lopez got a free kick in the 36th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Dreher F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Matheus de Amaral came free, but Osmar Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Fábio Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ricardo Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Adolfo Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Berger having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Adolfo Quintal made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Gaucho SS's Enio Cruz got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ricardo Rosa scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válbson da Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Rosa in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Válbson da Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Gaucho SS's zone, Thiago Nóbrega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Válbson da Costa came out of the goal and Thiago Nóbrega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flávio Camargo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flávio Camargo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Flávio Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, João Adolfo Quintal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Osmar Berger, 2-3. When Gaucho SS's João Adolfo Quintal in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dreher F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Válbson da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes, João Paulo Koehler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaucho SS and the Dreher F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute of the match Ricardo Rosa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Válbson da Costa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enio Cruz got free with Osmar Berger in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Ricardo Rosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Válbson da Costa. Gaucho SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Rosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Gaucho SS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
