The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Acácio Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Laus Deo's Arsenio Manni got control of the ball when Enio Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaucho SS were furious when Oséias Meirelles was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gaucho SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Válbson da Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Michel de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Kong Ping had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Válbson da Costa. Gaucho SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kong Ping was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. If Fábio Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peder Mellingen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Acácio Porto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Válbson da Costa was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After having played for 90 minutes, Robinho Recife managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fábio Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Laus Deo had played much better football throughout.
