The supporters of SC Inter booed when FC Hells Bells was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sydney Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Paulo Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristóvão Cunha scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Paulo Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Sampaio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 35 minutes, Jean Hoffmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Hells Bells and the SC Inter players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Hells Bells getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jean Hoffmann hit a great ball. Donato de Lara hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, SC Inter's Chicão Diniz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Paulo Reis. FC Hells Bells's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lauro Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Cícero Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Ricardinho Moura made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the SC Inter defense, Ricardinho Moura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Sampaio. The SC Inter fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Sampaio should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute, Doni Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Paulo Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Cristóvão Cunha might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Paulo Reis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristóvão Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Moura in the 71st minute of play forced SC Inter's goalkeeper Marco Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Cristóvão Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doni Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Chicão Diniz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Hells Bells's João Paulo Reis didn't even have to move. 77 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Cunha lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated João Paulo Reis. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Sydney Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Inter's supporters rose to their feet, but Sydney Hoffmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Paulo Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 87 in the game by Cristóvão Cunha from a close distance when the talented João Paulo Reis managed to make a qualified save. FC Hells Bells's players were relieved. SC Inter's Marco Sampaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Moura in the 95th minute of play. SC Inter's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
