Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) Dalmo Peres took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Breno Freire. Breno Freire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Luís Fernando Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Breno Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Ronaldão Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrela Vermelha's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldão Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breno Freire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 11 played minutes Sporting Malvinas got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho de Amorim. If Ronaldão Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronaldão Oliveira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Breno Freire when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Estrela Vermelha's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fernando Barreto came free, but Aírton Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Breno Freire was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ronaldão Oliveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldão Oliveira in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Breno Freire prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute Estrela Vermelha were awarded a corner. Tomé Fantini went to the cornerflag to take it. Aírton Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando Barreto in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Dalmo Peres dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Breno Freire, 3-0. Dalmo Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Ronaldão Oliveira took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Breno Freire to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th minute, Jonas Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomé Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldão Oliveira made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Estrela Vermelha got a corner. Sporting Malvinas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomé Fantini ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomé Fantini got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Breno Freire quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 57th minute, Ronaldão Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Breno Freire. Sporting Malvinas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 60th minute, Fernandinho Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Netto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aírton Almeida. Estrela Vermelha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dalmo Peres struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Breno Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estrela Vermelha. In the 75th minute Tomé Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Ronaldão Oliveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldão Oliveira in the 76th minute of play forced Sporting Malvinas's goalkeeper Breno Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldão Oliveira in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ronaldão Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. A collision led to Estrela Vermelha getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Fernandinho Berger hit a great ball. Aírton Almeida made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Luís Fernando Barreto sent off a good shot on target. When Tomé Fantini came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Estrela Vermelha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomé Fantini couldn't finish the play. After 89th play minutes Ronaldão Oliveira shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Breno Freire and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldão Oliveira in the 93rd minute of play forced Sporting Malvinas's goalkeeper Breno Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Estrela Vermelha's Fernandinho Berger got a free kick in the 94th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Aírton Almeida successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Estrela Vermelha were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sporting Malvinas for a fine match.
