Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5461, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evaristo Silveira started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Old Glory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir Fantini to maneuver through the defense. Buba & Gump F.C.'s Reginaldo Diniz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Old Glory. The supporters of Old Glory booed when Buba & Gump F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Evaristo Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old Glory's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Guilherme Teles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nelsinho Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Buba & Gump F.C.'s Luiz Guilherme Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Silveira in the 17th minute of play. When Evaristo Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Old Glory fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Silveira couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Erik Toscano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dadá Gonçalves. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Erik Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadá Gonçalves having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Berger in the 28th minute of play forced Buba & Gump F.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Old Glory got a corner. Buba & Gump F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonathan Garcia ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 30 played minutes Buba & Gump F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Damião. Aílton Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes in the game Matías Vergílio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Valdemar do Vale. In the 37th play minute Valdemar do Vale came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dadá Gonçalves. 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Valdemar do Vale could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Dadá Gonçalves however easily saved by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdemar do Vale to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Buba & Gump F.C.'s Erik Toscano got a free kick in the 54th minute. Evaristo Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Léo Faria hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The supporters of Old Glory booed when Buba & Gump F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Toscano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Valdemar do Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dadá Gonçalves was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to Old Glory getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Léo Faria hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Erik Toscano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Dadá Gonçalves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 74 minutes of play, Buba & Gump F.C.'s Aníbal Damião made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dadá Gonçalves was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Evaristo Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dadá Gonçalves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Toscano in the 87th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Buba & Gump F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Ribeiro. A murmur of surprise went through the audience when Old Glory's Jonathan Garcia after having done a couple of nice dribblings in the 92nd minute of the game fired away a shot to his disappointment passed just outside the right post. In the 95th minute, Valdemar do Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
