Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamílton Saldanha kicked off to start the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duarte Lira couldn't finish the play. After 10 minutes of play, Piavore FC's Duarte Lira made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto do Valle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Piavore FC's Christiano Sergipano got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Piavore FC's Duarte Lira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto do Valle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 22 minutes into the match, Hamílton Saldanha notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Areia FC's Eriberto do Valle. Eriberto do Valle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 25 minutes into the game, Hamílton Saldanha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Areia FC's Eriberto do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Lira in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Duarte Lira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piavore FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duarte Lira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute of the match Rodolfo Silveira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eriberto do Valle skillfully saved the ball. Hamílton Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto do Valle having to interfere. Hamílton Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duarte Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eriberto do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Recife in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
