Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jailson Massa started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, FURIOSOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Luís Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Messias in the 7th minute of play forced FURIOSOS's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Lúcio Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, FURIOSOS's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Alcântara came free, but Luiz Fábio Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fábio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Messias in the 15th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lúcio Messias in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fábio Magalhães saved FURIOSOS from getting behind. Luiz Fábio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Moreno in the 18th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Moreno in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Lúcio Messias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Fábio Magalhães was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Igor Secco hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Luiz Fábio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Moreno in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Igor Secco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 29 minutes into the game, Matías Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taguarussu SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FURIOSOS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Taguarussu SS's Matías Alcântara got a free kick in the 29th minute. The supporters of Taguarussu SS booed when FURIOSOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauã Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Natã de Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taguarussu SS's protests and gave Natã de Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Taguarussu SS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Natã de Queiroz hit a great ball. Luiz Fábio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Messias in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, FURIOSOS's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Messias came free, but Luiz Fábio Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fábio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bebeto Arantes in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of FURIOSOS booed when Taguarussu SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Gaúcho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th match minute, FURIOSOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Luís Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lúcio Messias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Róbson Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Alberto Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erik Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute Erik Moreno suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 54th minute, Kauã Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Fábio Magalhães came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Taguarussu SS's Simão Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Simão Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 2-2 became the score in the 68th minute when Tony Madureira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Jailson Massa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taguarussu SS's Alberto Pires was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Pires came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FURIOSOS's Jailson Massa. But to his dismay, Jailson Massa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jailson Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot. FURIOSOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jailson Massa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, Taguarussu SS's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Secco came free, but Alberto Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Taguarussu SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. FURIOSOS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
