After a defensive mix-up in FURIOSOS's zone, Gilberto Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fábio Magalhães came out of the goal and Gilberto Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Paraquedista F.C.'s Benjamin Almeida got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Luiz Fábio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Almeida in the 36th minute of play. Zé Paulo Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dinei Quintal fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraquedista F.C.'s protests and gave Dinei Quintal a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Paraquedista F.C.'s Dinei Quintal got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jailson Massa in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zé Paulo Vander, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luiz Fábio Magalhães came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraquedista F.C.'s Thomás Barbosa. But to his dismay, Thomás Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The FURIOSOS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paraquedista F.C. were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomás Barbosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Paulo Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Madureira in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Paraquedista F.C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Gilberto Veiga hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Paraquedista F.C.'s Alberto de Sousa got a free kick in the 54th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Paraquedista F.C.'s Gilberto Veiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Fábio Magalhães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Paraquedista F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Igor Secco came free, but Zé Paulo Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Paraquedista F.C.'s Gilberto Veiga got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Thomás Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraquedista F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FURIOSOS the free kick. Luiz Fábio Magalhães was a little too slow when Thomás Barbosa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-5. After a rather tough play, FURIOSOS's Duda Rosa got a free kick in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Gilberto Veiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Luiz Fábio Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Gilberto Veiga made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fábio Magalhães. FURIOSOS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 94th match minute, Paraquedista F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Veiga to maneuver through the defense. Paraquedista F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
