The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Guerra in the 2nd minute of play forced ALFA center´s's goalkeeper Erasmo Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonel Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute João Francisco Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erasmo Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Alves in the 34th minute of the match. Leonel Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Erasmo Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Francisco Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Leonel Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erasmo Dias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute, ALFA center´s's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leonel Alves fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Team Aqua's João Francisco Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonel Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ALFA center´s's zone, João Francisco Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Dias came out of the goal and João Francisco Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Alves in the 70th minute of play forced ALFA center´s's goalkeeper Erasmo Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enéas Guerra in the 71st minute of the match. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Luís Fábio de Queiroz got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 76 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, João Francisco Brito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erasmo Dias. ALFA center´s's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Francisco Brito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Leonel Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leonel Alves got free in front of the goal in the 92nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Erasmo Dias was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match was over Team Aqua could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ALFA center´s throughout the match.
