A collision led to Società Sportiva Savoia getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Claudinei Terra hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Etxatxu Maquilanda in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg William Moraes saved Società Sportiva Savoia from getting behind. If Etxatxu Maquilanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes Società Sportiva Savoia got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Terra. In the 28th minute Geovanni Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovanni Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. William Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Vítor Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius Baiano in the 39th minute of play. José Vítor Pernambucano was a little too slow when Vinícius Baiano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. José Vítor Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Etxatxu Maquilanda made a kick off. If Etxatxu Maquilanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Etxatxu Maquilanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but William Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. José Vítor Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Terra struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. José Vítor Pernambucano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Società Sportiva Savoia. 60 minutes into the match, Etxatxu Maquilanda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of William Moraes, 2-1. In the 70th minute of the match, Etxatxu Maquilanda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but William Moraes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 74 minutes of play, Società Sportiva Savoia's Virgílio Gaspar made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Vítor Pernambucano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 82 minutes, Etxatxu Maquilanda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacuarana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etxatxu Maquilanda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute, Vinícius Baiano made a precise shot to the right of José Vítor Pernambucano. Jacuarana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Società Sportiva Savoia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
