The referee gave CruLakers SAF a penalty, 3 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cléber Gaspar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Schöpf's Eriberto Cordero. 0-1. Eriberto Cordero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléber Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CruLakers SAF were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after FC Schöpf's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Donato Toscano took the corner. After 8 played minutes CruLakers SAF got a freekick which was hit by Róbson Abraão. 12 minutes into the game, Richard Bittencourt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CruLakers SAF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Schöpf the free kick. Reginaldo Netto hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Donato Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cléber Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Eriberto Cordero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CruLakers SAF. Isaltino Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaltino Leme during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 31 minutes into the match, CruLakers SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Paiva came free, but Vlad Bistreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CruLakers SAF's Vlad Bistreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Paiva in the 36th minute of play. After 39 played minutes CruLakers SAF got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Tróia. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jean Paiva made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Paiva in the 54th minute of play forced CruLakers SAF's goalkeeper Vlad Bistreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th match minute, CruLakers SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Toscano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Paiva in the 58th minute of play forced CruLakers SAF's goalkeeper Vlad Bistreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Jean Paiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Vlad Bistreanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tadeu Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Vlad Bistreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Tadeu Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Schöpf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeu Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute of the match, Cléber Gaspar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eriberto Cordero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Cléber Gaspar came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the CruLakers SAF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cléber Gaspar couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Jean Paiva made a precise shot to the right of Vlad Bistreanu. CruLakers SAF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Donato Toscano's late challenge caught a FC Schöpf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Toscano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CruLakers SAF getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Donato Toscano hit a great ball. Vlad Bistreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, CruLakers SAF's Richard Bittencourt got a free kick in the 85th minute. Tadeu Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Bistreanu having to interfere.
