José Vítor Pernambucano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wellington Rossi's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th match minute, Jacuarana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etxatxu Maquilanda to maneuver through the defense. Etxatxu Maquilanda struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. David Cosme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Luisão Saraiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Vítor Pernambucano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. José Vítor Pernambucano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisão Saraiva went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Etxatxu Maquilanda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but David Cosme made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Jacuarana's Evandro Sabóia got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wellington Rossi was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Luisão Saraiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Vítor Pernambucano was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Wellington Rossi came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and José Vítor Pernambucano could save by the left post. With a little luck, Jacuarana's José Vítor Pernambucano got control of the ball when Wellington Rossi tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Vítor Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Saraiva in the 92nd minute of play forced Jacuarana's goalkeeper José Vítor Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rossensal played a much better game than Jacuarana and deserved their victory. The Jacuarana players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
