Juninho Aparecido in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vlad Bistreanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cléber Gaspar scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juarês Dantas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Cléber Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot. CruLakers SAF's supporters rose to their feet, but Cléber Gaspar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juarês Dantas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adelino de Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Vlad Bistreanu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. CruLakers SAF's Cléber Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juarês Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléber Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Cléber Gaspar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juarês Dantas. Butantã MZFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cléber Gaspar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Róbson Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cléber Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Juarês Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes CruLakers SAF got a freekick which was hit by Richard Bittencourt. After the first half CruLakers SAF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Juarês Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cléber Gaspar in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Butantã MZFC's Juarês Hoffmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vlad Bistreanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juarês Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Bistreanu having to interfere. When Adelino de Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Butantã MZFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino de Mendonça couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute CruLakers SAF were awarded a corner. Donato Toscano went to the cornerflag to take it. 69 minutes into the match, Butantã MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber Gaspar came free, but Juarês Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Aparecido in the 75th minute of play forced CruLakers SAF's goalkeeper Vlad Bistreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Cléber Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juarês Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The goalkeeper, Juarês Dantas, was totally fooled by CruLakers SAF's Cléber Gaspar, who 84 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 88 minutes into the game, CruLakers SAF's Cléber Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vlad Bistreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Róbson Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
