Jerônimo Amorim might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado de Salles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerônimo Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head. Álvaro Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd match minute, Terra Média was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Zanette to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Terra Média's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dalmo dos Santos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Váldson Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmo dos Santos in the 70th minute. Nestor de Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Váldson Senna made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Oficial American Club's zone, Álvaro Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado de Salles came out of the goal and Álvaro Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerônimo Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Conrado de Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Cruz in the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Terra Média could leave the field as winners, despite Oficial American Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
